Pre-integrated commissioning in December 2020, and equipment entry on January 18, 2021.

Beijing Shunyi BAIC Motor Off-Road Vehicle Co., Ltd.

4. Project introduction:

Models: B40L & B40V Models

Capacity: B40L: 17JPH; B40V: 15JPH

Production program: 250 days of annual production, 5days/week, 8 hours/day, single shift

Tempo: 190S/216S

Actuation rate: 90%

Scope of Supply: This project is a turnkey project, which covers overall design, manufacturing, transportation, installation, commissioning, training, accompanying service, after-sales service, and provides relevant technical information. After negotiation, both parties agree to sign this technical agreement. Newly built one automatic B40 welding line for the left and right sides, and reconstructed the on-site air EMS transportation and the original part of the fixture tooling on the ground.

5. Core technology:

1. Standard flexible turntable switching system;

2. Standard man-machine safety protection system;

3. Based on the Shuangjun electronic control standard established by SIEMENS SICAR;

4. Based on the application specifications and standards established by KUKA robots;

5. Standard belt conveyor, sliding table, octagonal tube gripper system;

Synchronous rack device and jacking device
