The structure of the assembly station

 

The mechanism of the assembly station needs to be considered in combination with the side wall conveying method, which is mainly limited by the site and the type of production model. There are three commonly used types: reversible slide table, switchable flexible slide table, and back buckle type.

 

(1) Flip Slider

 

Turn the side wall from horizontal to 90° by flipping the fixture, and use the sliding table to assemble the side wall. This method can be used with the side wall conveying method and the single-side side wall conveying method. It does not need to pre-assemble the side wall, and it can be directly welded, but the efficiency is low. , not suitable for high-beat production lines.

 

(2) Switchable flexible sliding table

 

The switchable flexible sliding table is mainly composed of two parts: the sliding table base and the switchable fixture. The fixture can be switched as a whole. By switching to produce different platform models, the production efficiency is high. However, due to the large size of the sliding tables on both sides, the side walls cannot be pre-installed. An additional pre-installation station is required.

 

(3) Back button type

 

The back buckle type is equipped with a rotating hinge mechanism on the top to connect the fixtures on both sides. After rotating down, it is buckled on the side wall for positioning welding. Its main advantage is high production efficiency, but its flexibility is poor. Only a single model can be produced, and pre-installation must be added. If the output of a single model is high, more stations are used.

 

There are various forms of the assembly station, not limited to the above three forms, and the assembly plan can be selected according to the actual situation, as long as the accuracy and efficiency of the car body are taken into account, and it is suitable for the current form requirements.
