Battery internal resistance and open circuit voltage automatic test device

 

 

KT-OCV-IR-128/256V1 cylindrical lithium battery bed of needles battery voltage and internal resistance test system is used to measure the open circuit voltage and internal resistance of the battery. The equipment adopts a bed of needles pneumatic structure.

Open pressure measurement accuracy: ±0.01%rdg.±3dgt

Internal resistance measurement accuracy: ±0.5%rdg.±5dgt

Internal resistance measurement resolution: 0.01mΩ (300mΩ file), 0.1mΩ (3Ω file)

3. KT-OCV-IR-128V1: 128 channels per unit, voltage and internal resistance measurement completion time: within 128s

When working, put the battery tray with the corresponding battery into the OCV-IR machine, send a command through the PC, the cylinder on the test system starts, drives the needle bed to move, and clamps the positive and negative poles of the battery. After the needle bed clamps the battery, start the battery open circuit voltage/internal resistance measurement system to measure the open circuit voltage and internal resistance of each battery. After the test is over, release the upper and lower needle beds, and transmit all test data to the data terminal through the network.
