The APC conveyor line can transport workpieces to any working area through the accumulation function.

 

APC can be used for pallet transportation or county hanging transportation. The speed of the conveying trolley is 8.3 m/min, and the conveying line can correct misaligned trolleys to prevent accidents.

 

The assembly workshop belongs to the final link of the four major processes of the automobile, carrying the final assembly task of the automobile. To put it simply, thousands of auto parts are assembled in a reasonable sequence, and the auto parts are installed on the body according to the technical requirements by using reasonable and effective process equipment to form a complete and usable car. The final assembly is generally laid out in a plane guided by the transportation of the body and frame, and there are various layout methods. Generally, there are PBS body storage lines, interior decoration lines, chassis lines, final lines, testing lines, etc., and are affected by factors such as plot shape, logistics, production program, product type, production capacity, etc., the general assembly layout generally has T-shaped, U-shaped, H type and other layout types. In order to meet the requirements of production access and fast production pace, the modern general assembly also needs to arrange door lines, instrument lines, power, front and rear suspensions, front ends, tires, seats and other sub-assembly lines to cooperate with the main line for vehicle assembly to meet The need for a faster tempo.
